Terms and Conditions
Sage 50 Accounts Levels 1-4 £99 Refundable Offer Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose of the Deposit
The Candidate is placing a £99 refundable deposit to access the Sage 50 Accounts Levels 1–4 certification sponsorship opportunity.
This deposit is not a general “no questions asked” payment. It is refundable only if the Candidate successfully completes and submits evidence of all required certifications within the agreed deadline.
2. Refund Eligibility
The Candidate will be eligible for a full refund of the £99 deposit only if they:
-
Complete Sage 50 Accounts Level 1;
-
Complete Sage 50 Accounts Level 2;
-
Complete Sage 50 Accounts Level 3;
-
Complete Sage 50 Accounts Level 4; and
-
Submit valid copies/screenshots/PDFs of all four certificates to Accounting Placements within one calendar month of receiving access to the training.
For clarity, the one-month deadline begins from the date the Candidate receives access to the training materials, login details, course link, or certification platform.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
The £99 deposit will become non-refundable if:
-
The Candidate does not complete all four Sage 50 Accounts Levels 1–4 within one calendar month;
-
The Candidate completes only some of the required certifications;
-
The Candidate fails to provide evidence of completion within the deadline;
-
The Candidate chooses not to start the training;
-
The Candidate delays, forgets, loses interest, becomes unavailable, or otherwise fails to complete the training;
-
The Candidate misunderstands the refund condition despite it being explained before payment;
-
The Candidate changes their mind after receiving access to the training;
-
The Candidate has accessed or used the course materials, training links, platform, or certification resources.
The Candidate accepts that failure to complete the required certifications within the deadline is not grounds for a refund.
4. Access to Digital Training Materials
The Candidate understands that this offer involves access to digital training, certification resources, online course materials, and/or third-party training platforms.
Once access has been provided, the Candidate acknowledges that the Company has fulfilled its obligation to provide the opportunity.
The refund condition is based only on the Candidate completing and submitting all four certificates within the agreed deadline.
5. Chargebacks and Bank Disputes
The Candidate agrees not to raise a bank dispute, chargeback, payment reversal, or payment claim on the basis that they did not complete the training, failed to submit the certificates on time, changed their mind, forgot, became too busy, or no longer wishes to continue.
The Candidate understands that if they raise a chargeback or bank dispute despite having received access to the training and failing to meet the agreed refund criteria, the Company may submit evidence to the bank/payment provider, including but not limited to:
-
This Agreement;
-
Payment confirmation;
-
Proof that access to the training was provided;
-
Screenshots of email/SMS/WhatsApp communication;
-
The stated refund terms;
-
Proof that the Candidate failed to submit all four certificates within the deadline.
The Candidate agrees that an attempted chargeback in circumstances where they are not contractually entitled to a refund may be treated as a breach of this Agreement.
6. False or Misleading Disputes
If the Candidate raises a dispute by falsely claiming that the service was not provided, that the payment was unauthorised, or that they were not aware of the refund conditions, despite evidence showing otherwise, the Company reserves the right to challenge the dispute and provide all relevant documentation to the payment provider.
The Candidate accepts that the £99 payment is only refundable under the specific completion conditions outlined in this Agreement.
7. Candidate Responsibility
The Candidate accepts full responsibility for:
-
Starting the training promptly;
-
Managing their time;
-
Completing all required modules;
-
Passing the required levels;
-
Downloading or saving their certificates;
-
Submitting the certificates to Accounting Placements before the deadline.
The Company is not responsible if the Candidate fails to complete the training due to personal circumstances, lack of time, technical issues on the Candidate’s side, poor time management, or loss of motivation.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.
10. No Guarantee of Employment
The Candidate understands that completing the Sage 50 Accounts Levels 1–4 may strengthen their profile and improve their suitability for accounting roles, but it does not guarantee employment.
Accounting Placements works with accountancy firms and may support Candidates with applications, but no job offer, interview, or employment outcome is guaranteed solely by placing the £99 deposit or completing the certifications.

They understand that failing to complete the certifications means they will not receive a refund;

-
They have had the opportunity to ask questions before paying;
-
They are entering into this Agreement voluntarily.
12. Acceptance
By ticking a checkbox, submitting payment, clicking the payment link, replying in writing, or otherwise proceeding with the £99 deposit, the Candidate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
